If you click on the name of a player (any player, not just you) in the main menu, you will have a detailed table of the damage of their exit with a complete breakdown of each damage and the percentage.
If you select any skill in the list, you can see additional information about the attack – successful damage, missed damage, defense, critical.

Detail window
This is more detailed information about the main window of the most diverse modes. They usually go in two rows, one with the list of skills used and its pie charts, the other with the% of success and the graph.
Graphic window
This is the heart of the addon and what really makes it unique. This window allows you to see the values per second in the past time of your fight.
The window can also integrate the data to give you full management or normalize over time, for a better comparison of the different types of data. If you want to compare players, you can alt + click their name or the button of the main bar to add the players to analyze.
In stack mode, the data is added together, so that you can see the DPS / damage raid, a graph is created where you can see the percentage of contribution of each person at a point in time.
Real time window
The real time windows are the precursors of the “sparkline” windows, which will come in a future version. They are activated by ctrl + click on the main window bar, a method that allows value tracking.
Basically when you get to 10 seconds in real time the graph of the DPS, HPS, or TPS window is autoscaled and changes the table based on the maximum values. You can also monitor values such as latency, FPS, etc.
How to Install Details! Damage Meter Addon
- Look and download latest version
- Unpack the downloaded ZIP file
- Open the following folder: “Details-Damage-Meter-for-3.3.5a-(#.#.##)”
- Copy,drag or drop all the downloaded folders into your WoW-Directory\Interface\AddOns
- Now you should Restart WoW to apply changes to the game
- In case it doesn’t work you might need to use /details or reinstall if something doesn’t work.
Note: In order to have working boss encounters you also need to have installed DBM
- Find and download Latest Version
- Then, Unpack the ZIP file
- Now open the following folder: “DBM-for-Details-(#.#.##)”
- Copy or drag the downloaded addon and all folders into your WoW-Directory\Interface\AddOns
- Finally, restart WoW to apply changes
